Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your NestBloom purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  • Contact us at hello@nestbloom.co.uk with your order number
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return postage.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened replacement tube packs cannot be returned unless faulty.
